Guild Perks and Guild Rewards are two of the new features in Cataclysm Classic, giving players access to many useful abilities and items. These features have seen some changes in Classic compared to their original versions in Cataclysm. This guide will cover those changes and how you can get your hands on each of the perks and rewards that are available through your guild.
Guild Perks
In the original Cataclysm expansion, these Guild Perks were tied to the guild leveling system, which has been nixed for Cataclysm Classic. Instead, some of these abilities are all available to everyone by default, regardless of guild status, while the rest are available immediately to anyone who joins a guild. You’ll find these abilities in the General tab of your Spellbook.
Perks Available to Everyone
In Cataclysm Classic, these former Guild Perks are now available to every character immediately from level 1, regardless of whether they are in a guild or not.
- Bartering
- Bountiful Bags
- Fast Track
- For Great Justice
- Honorable Mention
- Mr. Popularity
- Reinforce
- Working Overtime
Mass Resurrection
The powerful Mass Resurrection spell was originally the level 25 Guild Perk in Cataclysm, but in Cataclysm Classic it has been made a baseline ability for any class that is capable of healing. Each healing class has its own version of this spell:
- Druid: Revitalize
- Paladin: Absolution
- Priest: Mass Resurrection
- Shaman: Ancestral Vision
Guild Perks Gained by Joining a Guild
The following Guild Perks are applied immediately to any character who is a member of a guild, regardless of their rank or reputation.
- Chug-A-Lug
- Chug-A-Lug
- Guild Mail
- Happy Hour
- Hasty Hearth
- Mobile Banking
- Mount Up
- The Quick and the Dead
Guild Perks Removed from Cataclysm Classic
There are two perks from Cataclysm that are not in the game at all for Cataclysm Classic:
Guild Rewards
Guild Rewards are the same in Cataclysm Classic as they were in the original version of Cataclysm. All Guild Rewards require a certain level of reputation with your guild before you will be able to purchase them. Some also must be unlocked by completing Guild Achievements.
