With the Dragon Soul retrieved from the past, the Heroes of Azeroth now prepare for the final confrontation with Deathwing. In the frozen wastes of Northrend, the towering spire of Wyrmrest Temple is under the assault of Deathwing’s Twilight forces. In order to save Azeroth, Thrall must arrive safely at the temple with the Dragon Soul in hand.
The Hour of Twilight dungeon is the third of the trio of Caverns of Time dungeons that arrive in Cataclysm’s final content phase alongside the Dragon Soul raid. The End Time and Well of Eternity dungeons must both be completed before you will be able to enter this instance.

Location & Entrance
The dungeon portal for the Hour of Twilight dungeon can be accessed inside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris, along the same hallway as the End Time dungeon and the Dragon Soul raid. It’s the last portal at the end.
The easiest way to reach the Caverns of Time is by taking the portal inside the Violet Parlor in Dalaran. You can also take the portal to Uldum in your faction’s capital city and fly across. From the entrance to the caverns, you’ll need to fly down through the tunnels until you reach the large open chamber, and then look for the hallway pictured below.

Map & Layout
When you enter the dungeon, you’ll arrive in another instanced version of the Dragonblight zone, different from the one in End Time. You’ll start at The Crystal Vice at the north end of the map. There is a Time Transit Device here just like in the other two dungeons, but it will only be useful after you reach certain checkpoints.
Thrall will be waiting for you at the entrance when you arrive, and you’ll need to escort him through the dungeon. He’ll periodically stop to give you a break and you’ll have to talk to him again to keep moving. You’ll be ambushed several times as you proceed through the area. At Galakrond’s Rest after you kill Asira Dawnslayer, you’ll need to wait for some Life Wardens to show up to carry you across The Dragon Wastes to meet up with Thrall again at the Path of the Titans. Continue down the path into the area beneath Wyrmrest Temple to reach the end of the dungeon.
When you’ve defeated the last boss, a convenient portal to your faction’s capital city will spawn nearby.

Bosses
There are three bosses in the Hour of Twilight dungeon.
Arcurion
Horde and Alliance assaults against the Twilight’s Hammer have slaughtered many of the cult’s fearsome elemental ascendants. One exception is Arcurion, a formidable ice ascendant tasked to slay Thrall and retrieve the Dragon Soul. Should this twisted elemental being succeed, nothing will be able to stop Deathwing from ushering in the Hour of Twilight.

Asira Dawnslayer
Former blade-for-hire Asira Sunbright was initially leery of working for the Twilight’s Hammer, but the cult’s generous payments quickly won her over. In time, she succumbed to the corruptive influence of her dark employers, even going so far as to take the name Dawnslayer. As one of the cult’s deadliest assassins, Asira has been called upon to exterminate Thrall and his comrades.
