Cataclysm Classic Hotfixes for August 7: Faire Fire Threat Fix

Today’s hotfixes for World of Warcraft include one lonely change for Cataclysm Classic!

Apparently Faerie Fire was not adding threat properly when the target was not targeting the caster. This fix should be helpful for Feral Druid Tanks in particular.

Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.
