The Hour of Twilight Will Arrive on the Cataclysm Classic PTR This Week

Public testing is set to begin very soon for the final phase of Cataclysm Classic. The Hour of Twilight patch should be available on the Public Test Realm within the next day or so, with testing planned for the Dragon Soul raid over the coming weekend.

The Hour of Twilight patch will also include three dungeons: Hour of Twilight, Well of Eternity, and End Time, all of which are accessed from the Caverns of Time. The Dragon Soul raid brings 8 bosses, including Deathwing himself, as well as the Fangs of the Father legendary daggers for Rogues.

New in Cataclysm Classic are Elemental Rune Dungeons, which offer a step up from Heroic difficulty. The patch will include a new version of these dungeons that further increases the difficulty (and the rewards to match).

Raid testing is currently scheduled for this Friday, January 24th through Monday, January 27th, with another round of testing to follow next Friday, January 31st through Monday, February 3rd.

We’ll soon open the Cataclysm Classic: Hour of Twilight PTR.

This patch will include the Dragon Soul raid (and its LFR mode), 3 dungeons (Hour of Twilight, Well of Eternity, and End Time), the legendary dagger set: Fangs of the Father, and a new iteration of the Elemental Rune Dungeons.

We’re planning to have two Dragon Soul raid testing weekends on the PTR:

Friday January 24 – Monday, January 27
Friday, January 31 – Monday, February 3
