We’ve listed two build options for tanking as a Blood Death Knight in MoP.

Standard Talent Build

This build features key components for overall efficiency, focusing primarily on passive effects that don’t mess up your rotation and Rune expenditure.
Roiling Blood is a must-have in most scenarios as it makes your Blood Boil function as Pestilence, meaning you won’t ever have to worry about spreading diseases.
Purgatory is a great lifesaver effect that works very well for both Dungeons and Raids as long as your healers know it, saving many potential wipes.
Death’s Advance finally grants you mobility that prevents you from being stuck in place or failing to reach specific targets.
Death Pact now heals 50% of your HP and no longer sacrifices one of your minions. However, Conversion is also a solid pick as long as you can keep generating Runic Power.
Blood Tap is the more potent option in the Rune Regeneration department since it’s not tied to RNG, although Runic Corruption is also a viable choice. The choice is up to you based on whether or not you want an extra button to press.
Gorefiend’s Grasp is the choice you’ll always want to go for, as the ability is simply amazing for any AoE scenario in both dungeons and raids. As long as the targets can be displaced, Gorefiend’s Grasp will help you pile mobs and even protect your allies if used on yourself as a way of crowd control.
Standard Talent Build Variation

This build is a variation while maintaining Roiling Blood, Death’s Advance, and Gorefiend’s Grasp. The variation relies more on consistent healing through Conversion and RNG to proc Runic Corruption often. The idea is that Conversion acts as a toggle-able ability, meaning you will always have healing on demand. At the same time, Runic Corruption can trigger consistently back to back, resulting in an amazing Rune Regeneration sequence. In a sense, Runic Corruption is stronger than Blood Tap if RNG is in your favor. However, you should keep in mind that you can’t keep proccing Runic Corruption and benefiting from Conversion at the same time for more than 2-3 seconds at a time since spamming Rune Strike can rapidly deplete your Runic Power, canceling Conversion in the process.
Anti-Magic Zone is also used for group utility, being one of the strongest Magical Damage mitigation tools. Lichborne is also very useful for encounters that involve Fear/Charm effects.
