Both item set bonuses from the Tier 14 set are pretty strong for Frost Mage, enhancing their Ice Lance Damage Output and reducing the overall cooldown of Icy Veins. You may run a full 5-piece set with reforging or use a traditional 4-piece set during the first phase.
