Arcatraz Attunement Guide: Key to the Arcatraz

Start The Arcatraz attunement process by talking to Nether-Stalker Khay’ji in Area 52 of Netherstorm.

Consortium Crystal Collection

1. Go southeast to the Arklon Ruins and kill Pentatharon.
2. Loot the Arklon Crystal Artifact from his corpse.
3. Head back to Khay’ji to hand the quest in.

A Heap of Ethereals

1. Go south and kill ethereals in the area until you have all the insignias you need.
2. Return to Khay’ji once you’re done to finish up.

Warp-Raider Nesaad

1. Make your way south to find Warp-Raider Nesaad.
2. Kill him and head back to Khay’ji.

Request for Assistance

1. Go to the Eco-Dome Midrealm to find Gahruj.
2. Hand the quest in and accept the next part.

Rightful Repossession

1. Run around inside Manaforge Duro and pick up all the Boxes of Surveying Equipment that you need.
2. Return to Gahruj and hand the quest in.
3. Accept the follow-up quest.

An Audience with the Prince

1. Go to the Stormspire to find the Image of Nexus-Prince Haramad.
2. Hand the quest in and accept the next quest.

Triangulation Point One

1. Head east to Manaforge Ultris and use the Triangulation Device. Keep using it, following the arrow that appears, until you find the right destination.
2. Once the objective is satisfied, head northwest to find Dealer Hazzin to turn the quest in.
3. Accept the next quest.

Triangulation Point Two

1. Head west to Manaforge Ara.
2. Use the Triangulation Device again and use it until you find the right location here.
3. With the objective complete, head east to Wind Trader Tuluman to hand it in.
4. Accept the next quest.

Full Triangle

This next step is fairly difficult and might be difficult to solo. Consider bringing along a friend or group to kill an elite demon.

1. Head northeast to the Ruins of Farahlon.
2. There, kill Culuthas and loot him to pick up the Ata’mal Crystal.
3. Return to the Image of Nexus-Prince Haramad at Stormspire to turn it in.

Special Delivery to Shattrath City

Head to Shattrath City and speak to A’dal to turn it in. Pick up the follow-up quest.

How to Break Into the Arcatraz

This quest will send you to The Mechanar and The Botanica, both requiring a group and a flying mount to access.

Complete the next two steps in either order as you’ll need to do both to finish the quest.

1. Get a group for The Mechanar. Fight your way through the dungeon and kill the final boss, Pathaleon the Calculator. Loot the Bottom Shard of the Arcatraz Key from his corpse.
2. Get a group for The Botanica. Clear the dungeon and the final boss, Warp Splinter. Loot the Top Shard of the Arcatraz Key from its corpse.
3. With both halves, head back to A’dal in Shattrath City to hand in quest and acquire the Key to the Arcatraz.

You can now access The Arcatraz. If you’d like, you can pick up the next quest that sends you into The Arcatraz: Harbinger of Doom, but it isn’t required.
