Armor
- Head: Glyph of Renewal (Requires Revered with Thrallmar for Horde or Honor Hold for Alliance)
- Shoulders: Greater Inscription of Faith (Requires Exalted with The Aldor) or Greater Inscription of the Oracle (Requires Exalted with The Scryers)
- Cloak: Apart from the Resistance enchants, the next best would be Enchant Cloak – Subtlety
- Chest: Enchant Chest – Major Spirit or Enchant Chest – Exceptional Stats
- Bracer: Enchant Bracer – Superior Healing
- Hands: Enchant Gloves – Major Healing
- Legs: Golden Spellthread or Silver Spellthread
- Boots: Enchant Boots – Vitality or Enchant Boots – Boar’s Speed
- *Ring: Enchant Ring – Healing Power (Requires Enchanting)

Consumables
- Flasks: Flask of Distilled Wisdom
- Flasks aren’t typically recommended for Holy Priests since the effect gained from the elixirs are superior but can be used if the price is lower for flasks or if you are completing easier content – the other advantage of flasks is that they persist through death
- Battle Elixirs: Elixir of Healing Power
- Guardian Elixirs: Elixir of Draenic Wisdom
- Food: Golden Fish Sticks
- Potions: Super Mana Potion, Destruction Potion (Mainly used for the +2% Spell Critical Chance)
- Miscellaneous: Dark Rune / Demonic Rune, Brilliant Mana Oil, Sacred Candle
