Well known WoW dataminer @Marlamin has been able to get some new information from bug that caused the recent TBC beta release.
This time it points to information that makes it seem likely there will be a Deluxe Edition release of The Burning Crusade Classic. The rewards seem to be purely cosmetic:

Ok how does one get a Deluxe Edition to a game that is included with the basic games sub?

Blizzard will… make money where they can. It’s a ground mount and a couple of cosmetic bits.
I get there’s a whole legion of folks who assume anything Blizz do is crap but… come on, keep the rage for the big issues.
