Update #3: Blizzard has just announced that maintenance is extended until Midnight PDT.

UPDATE #2: Blizzard has posted a “Very Extended Maintenance” post that we covered in another news post here.

UPDATE: Blizzard has extended the maintenance window again, this time until 10PM PDT.

Original Post Below

Blizzard has just tweeted confirmation that the maintenance for the WoW Classic The Burning Crusade pre-patch won’t be finished until 6PM PDT. Looks like you’ll have to wait just a little longer to start leveling those Blood Elf Paladins.

Here’s hoping they’ll actually be done by 6PM. Don’t forget, the Dark Portal opens June 1st, so if you aren’t 60 yet, get leveling!

The little bit of coding I’ve done showed me just how easy it is for a truly tiny mistake to ruin absolutely everything, and it can take HOURS to find it. The game being down doesn’t automatically mean they were lazy screw offs or that they didn’t work hard. Y’all make so many uneducated assumptions.
