In this guide we will show you how to complete the Day of the Dead Achievement, Dead Man’s Party. Locate and dance with the event’s NPC, Catrina, to join her in her celebration of the deceased.
Can you feel it? The spirit world draws close during the Day of the Dead. This is why we decorate the graves of our dearly departed with flowers and candles and offerings: To welcome them back, even if only for a time. So come! Dance with me! Let us cherish and honor those we have lost in their ghostly presence, so that they might eat and drink and smile and know that they are loved.

The Day of the Dead Event only has a single achievement in the WotLK Classic version: Dead Man’s Party.
To unlock this achievement, we must find Catrina first. It does not matter which graveyard you travel to for the purposes of this achievement, but we recommend going to the graveyard respective to your character’s race, as this is a requirement for The Grateful Dead quest.

Joined by her undead comrade Chapman, Catrina can be found near graveyards outside major cities. Join her in dance to celebrate the lives of the fallen and to unlock the achievement Dead Man’s Party. To do so, simply select Catrina and type /dance.
Upon dancing with Catrina and getting your achievement, you will also be granted a 12-hour buff, changing your appearance to either Chapman, or Catrina herself.
