can someone explain why?
Well, if I were to guess, I would say that is is because for human race you do not have the medallion, thus you loose a lot of resilience, instead gaining crit rating and spell power(phylactery of the nameless lich). Thus, the head is the wrathful version, compensating for the lack of resilience
I thinking on why the ‘crit’ items used in pvp? while its total useless because of the resilience. The ‘haste’ items using looks more logic, while its increasing total dps amount for living bomb ticks, what scales with the haste, and the scorch/fireball output. Pyro isn’t significant in pvp, you can’t rely on that, because you will move 95% of that time to not be dead. The dragon’s breath help a lot in kite too. Fire mage is beast in 3v3 bracket, where you are there because need to make mess, spamming shit fire everywhere.
This isnt right, you are not spell pen capped nor are you hit capped with this gear
