When talking about a Discipline Priest and their equipment, we have two distinct possible options! The first option emphasizes the use of Hit Rating, making sure that you will always land your spells. The second option utilizes no Hit Rating at all, having higher mana regeneration, critical strike chance, and haste. However, that does mean that you run the risk of missing your offensive spells, since healing spells are not affected by Hit Chance.
