WotLK Classic Hotfixes Feb 24th - Exhaustion Without Bloodlust Fixed

An issue causing players to receive Sated/Exhaustion without having also received Bloodlust/Heroism has been fixed. The hotfix notes do not specify, but we can assume this means that if Bloodlust is used in Yogg-Sarons dream, the players above will not receive the buff or debuff if they are out of range. Previously, players in certain awkward spots could be unfortunate enough to only get the debuff, without getting the buff.

Wrath of the Lich King Classic

Players in an instance will no longer receive Exhaustion or Sated debuffs when they are not within range to benefit from Heroism or Bloodlust.
