WotLK Classic Hotfixes Feb 7th – Retribution Buffs

wotlk classic hotfixes feb 7th  retribution buffs

In an attempt to balance one of the weakest classes in WotLK Classic, Blizzard will be implementing two buffs to Retribution Paladins on the next weekly restart:

In effect, Ret Paladins should see a sizeable DPS increase now that they can safely include Hand of Reckoning in their rotation and stack Holy Vengeance faster.

Blizzard has stated that their goal is to “Give Retribution paladins a slight bump to bring them roughly on-par with Fury Warriors right now.”

This is the second balance change made to classes in Wrath of the Lich King, following Unholy Death Knight Ebon Gargoyle nerfs earlier this tier.
