This guide will cover how to get the Dagger Specialization rune, one of the new class-agnostic utility runes added in Phase 4 of Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.
You can find the red book that teaches this specialization in Silithus, in a tent around (20.0, 85.0), the one closest to Ahn’Qiraj.
If you haven’t gotten to Silithus already, the easiest way to reach it is from the Un’Goro Crater zone.

Does it scale with the +Spell DMG / Healing, etc? or is it for melee? I dont see why its an option for priest if its melee.
