This guide will cover how to get the Decimation rune for Warlocks in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.

- Added: Phase 4
- Level: 50 (Recommended)
How to Get the Decimation Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. You can see all of their locations in our guide below.
Original Discovery Method
Find a Fel Rift in either Burning Steppes, Eastern Plaguelands, or Winterspring, and send your Explorer Imp inside to get a Legion Portal Tuner.
- Some of the confirmed coordinates in Burning Steppes currently are: (58, 45), (85, 43), (69, 30), (23, 50), (38, 42), and under the bridge leading into Blackrock Mountain at (29, 44).
Now, use the Legion Portal Tuner on a Fel Scar in Blasted Lands, Feralas, or Azshara. We have their locations in our Fel Portals Guide, or see maps below:
The scar will get a unique visual effect from the tuner (some of the reported ones have been hovering flakes, a red effect, or chains). Once that happens, send the imp in to get the Portal Tuner Tuner to enhance your current tuner. Use this item to create an Overcharged Portal Tuner.
Use the Overcharged Portal Tuner on a Fel Scar and the imp should come back with the Rune of Decimation.
