Gla’sir/Rae’lar is a two-in-one staff that is available for Druids in Phase 5 of Season of Discovery. This guide will walk you through how to get your hands on this epic class weapon, which offers powerful stats and effects for both Restoration and Feral Druids.
How to Get Gla’sir/Rae’lar
To get your Gla’sir/Rae’lar, you must first loot a Chromatic Heart from Chromaggus, the sixth boss in the Blackwing Lair raid. This item starts the first quest in the chain, The Heart of Chromaggus.
Use Teleport: Moonglade to head to Moonglade, then complete The Heart of Chromaggus by speaking with the tree there. This will allow you to pick up The Frigid Barrow, which is a quest that must be done solo — the portal will only allow you to enter it when not in a group.
Head into the barrow den near Starfall Village in Winterspring. In the barrow, you’ll need to use various Druid spells in order to solve three riddles:
- 1st Idol – Cast Regrowth, Healing Touch, Cure Poison, and Rejuvenation on the tree to spawn a chest that contains the first idol.
- 2nd Idol – Cast Faerie Fire on the lanterns to spawn a NPC cat. Kill it and loot it for the second idol.
- 3rd Idol – Kill the sleeping bear (sorry) for the last idol.
- Nandieb – Combine the idols in your inventory to summon Nandieb — kill him and loot him for Nandieb’s Stave.
That done, you can use Teleport: Moonglade, then turn in The Frigid Barrow to get your reward!

Will not work otherwise
and all these 4 tree must be grown at the same time
If you stand on the left bridge you can get all 4 without dropping down.
