This guide will cover how to get the Regeneration rune for Mages in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.

How to Get the Regeneration Rune

This rune can be discovered in Loch Modan, Silverpine Forest, The Barrens, or Westfall.

Completing this rune requires deciphering a scroll with Comprehension Charms, which can be purchased from Reagent Vendors. You can find a complete list of vendors in our Mage Scrolls Guide.

Loch Modan ( Alliance Zone)

To get the Regeneration rune, go to Loch Modan and head to the northernmost island in the lake. Go into the more southern of the two huts on the map. Click on the stack of books to loot Spell Notes: TENGI RONEERA, which you can decipher using a Comprehension Charm to get Spell Notes: Regeneration. Silverpine Forest ( Horde Zone)

The Regeneration rune can be obtained by killing Dalaran Apprentice between Ambermill and Pyrewood Village in Silverpine Forest. One of them will drop Spell Notes: TENGI RONEERA, which you can decipher using a Comprehension Charm to get Spell Notes: Regeneration. You can right-click this item to learn the Rune Engraving.

The Barrens ( Horde Zone)

The Regeneration rune can be found by looting Kolkar’s Booty chests in The Barrens.

Head to The Barrens and kill Kolkar Wrangler and Kolkar Stormer around the pools near the Crossroads. One will drop a Kolkar Booty Key.

Take this key to one of the Kolkar Booty chests located at (44, 38), (43, 24), or (53, 42). Loot the chest for Spell Notes: TENGI RONEERA, which you can decipher using a Comprehension Charm to get Spell Notes: Regeneration. You can right-click this item to learn the Rune Engraving.
