How to Get the Circle of Healing Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. You can see all of their locations in our guide below.
Original Discovery Method
Getting this rune requires killing mobs that are level 24 and up in a contested PvP zone. We recommend being level 25 for this. Horde in particular may want to bring a friend or two since this is an Alliance quest zone.
To obtain the Circle of Healing rune, head to Duskwood and kill Defias Enchanters, Defias Night Blades, and Defias Night Runners around the southwestern farms. One of them will drop a Dark Insight.
This item will direct you to find a secluded grave. This grave can be found around 90, 30 in the northeast part of the zone. Use the item there to trade it for a Prophecy of a Thousand Lights.
To use the item and get the rune, you’ll need to have two different Meditation buffs active at the same time. See our Meditations Guide if you need help with this. You’ll then be able to use the item and acquire the rune.
Unfair how its only in alliance zone. Why are all the runes in alliance zones? So unfair.
waaaaaa cry more, not all runes are ally side you nub. and what about ally having to travel to SFK and WC
Ally have to travel to SFK and WC for gear anyway.
Barrens is NOT horde exclusive.
SIlverpine Forest is literally right next to Hilsbrad Foothills,
You are just dumb
love the copium, duskwood is literally right next to STV btw
srsly. Redridge elites for runes – where the alliance can just attack while you’re fighting, duskwood – same deal. There are none like this for the alliance where they have to fight the horde to get a rune in a zone that they would never have gone into or even close to (Silverpine is close to Hillsbrad, but RedRidge isn’t close to anything for horde)
