How to Get the Living Flame Rune

There are four different locations where this rune can be found: Dun Morogh, Durotar, Elwynn Forest, or Tirisfal Glades.

Dun Morogh ( Alliance Zone)

To get the Living Flame rune, head to western Dun Morogh and kill Frostmane Seer and Frostmane Shadowcaster until one drops Spell Notes: MILEGIN VALF, which you can decipher using a Comprehension Charm to get Spell Notes: Living Flame. You can right-click this item to learn the Rune Engraving.

Durotar ( Horde Zone)

To get the Living Flame rune, head to Durotar and kill Burning Blade Cultists just north of Razor Hill (52, 29) or in Skull Rock Cave until one drops Spell Notes: MILEGIN VALF, which you can decipher using a Comprehension Charm to get Spell Notes: Living Flame. You can right-click this item to learn the Rune Engraving.

To get the Living Flame rune, head to Jasperlode Mine in Elwynn Forest and kill Kobold Geomancer until one drops Spell Notes: MILEGIN VALF, which you can decipher using a Comprehension Charm to get Spell Notes: Living Flame. You can right-click this item to learn the Rune Engraving.

The item can also drop from Scarlet Missionary or Scarlet Zealot elsewhere in the zone.
