How to Get the Quick Draw Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. You can see all of their locations in our guide below.
Original Discovery Method
This rune can be acquired in any Rogue starting zone: Dun Morogh, Durotar, Elwynn Forest, Teldrassil, or Tirisfal Glades.
This discovery is partially shared with the Warrior’s Devastate Rune, which requires looting different items from the same mobs.
Tip: You don’t need to collect map pieces and assemble the map item, as long as someone else opens it near you.
Dun Morogh ( Alliance Zone)
To get the Quick Draw rune, you will need to collect 4 map pieces using Pick Pocket or by killing and looting the appropriate mobs. Here are the map pieces and the creatures they are known to drop from in Dun Morogh:
Note that items with the same names drop in other zones, but only those that drop in Dun Morogh can be used to make this map.
Once you get all four pieces, combine them into the Dun Morogh Treasure Map. It will direct you to go under the bridge between Kharanos and Ironforge (47, 44). Once there, right-click on the treasure map to dig up the chest. Loot the chest to receive your rune.
Durotar ( Horde Zone)

Once you get all four pieces, combine them into the Elwynn Treasure Map. It will direct you to a spot inside a hollow stump near the Redridge Mountain border (80, 79). Once there, right-click on the treasure map to dig up the chest. Loot the chest to receive your rune.
Teldrassil ( Alliance Zone)

Any luck fixing the bug ?
