This guide will cover how to get the Serendipity rune for Priests in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.

How to Get the Serendipity Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. You can see all of their locations in our guide below.
Original Discovery Method
The process to get this rune was a lot more complicated in previous phases, but has been significantly simplified. You no longer need to complete Grizzby’s three quests before you can purchase the rune. The level requirement has also been removed.
To get the Serendipity rune, head to Ratchet in The Barrens. This is a Horde zone, but the town is neutral, so this also works for Alliance players. Find Grizzby in the inn on the south side, around 62, 39. You’ll be able to buy a Harmonious Epiphany from him for 3
. Right-click this item to learn the rune.
Grizzby sells the following runes for every class:
- Survival of the Fittest for Druids
- Lone Wolf for Hunters
- Rewind Time for Mages
- Hand of Sacrifice for Paladins
- Serendipity for Priests
- Main Gauche for Rogues
- Dual Wield Specialization for Shamans
- Demonic Pact for Warlocks
- Warbringer for Warriors
