This might be stupid, but a attack like raging blow that uses both main and offhand weapon would be cool and strong for fury warrs

They are already going to be super strong from all the % damage bonus runes, especially late game when they scale up. I agree it would be cool but likely not balanced

So this is what Warriors get? Dissapointing.

Not sure why you got down voted, it is disappointing. I can imagine these runes will support some beastly raiding builds on high level, but they are only making warriors better at things they were already good at. There is no paradigma change here. Even more single target damage for both tanka nd DPS, no AoE damage (you get overall more rage though, so more Thunderclaps for tanks I guess). I could fix that with Whirlwind Axe and Sweeping Strikes, but oh … yeah … level 30 huh? Guess I ain’t fixing sh*** 😀 Phase 1 warrior will be garbage, looking forward to phase 2 already and SoD didn’t even launch yet :D.

would be nice if commanding shout had reduced CD from 10 minutes to 1 minute, make tanking easier

If you’re relying on Challenging Shout to tank, you need to reevaluate everything else you’re doing. It’s not intended to be an on-use ability that let’s bad tanks get away with putting out low threat, it’s an emergency or tactical tool for specific situations.

Commanding Shout was introduced in TBC and is an HP buff.

There’s a massive problem if you think you need Challenging Shout (which is meant to be a situational/panic button) on a short CD to tank properly

Sure, if you only had skill, you would instead … have Thunderfury. Which is like the one and only answer to lack of warrior AoE threat generation in vanilla WoW. Alternatively you can tell your party to wait for 12 seconds after you bow pull one pack around the corner and wipe if one person decides otherwise. Warrior tank has 0 chance to salvage any unexpected situation, because they take ages to build up threat on packs. Given SoD is clearly trying to fix shortcomings of SOME classes through the rune system to give them new ways how to eperience their classes, it would make sense to help warrior tanks overcome this glaring weakness (it would cost you rune slots after all, you wouldn’t get the other goodies). Instead we get bunch of runes that makes you do 10% – 20% more of the thing you were already good/best at, but they do nothing to make your experience playing warrior in SoD different in any meaningful way, compared to vanilla.

Like even when I put the AoE issue aside, let’s just say warrior will be single target God with poor AoE and needs to settle for that. What is this utter lack of imagination though? 😀 Warlocks and rogues tank, mages heal, warrior does … more single target damage, wow … innovative :D. Why not create runes that enable something like support warrior for example, similar to Shout barbarian in Diablo or the new Evoker spec in retail. You would gain new shouts which buff your party or something. There are things that can be done for warrior to feel different surely, I think we deserve more than “more damage, more rage, more damage, new button that does slightly bigger number” … 😀
