For each slot I’m going to list up to 3 items. The 1st is a Quest/Crafted Item you can grab without worrying about % drops. The 2nd is a true Pre-Raid Item with no DM items. The 3rd is an optional piece from DM or MC to prepare you for the next Tier. If there is no 3rd piece it’s because there is no upgrade in DM/MC.
