The red book can be found underneath Karazhan in the Master’s Cellar. Located near the entrance to Karazhan but is a cellar in an abandoned house — there are two cellars, but you should enter the one closest to Karazhan.
Go down to the third level, in the south part near coordinates 43, 74.5, and you’ll see a red book named Advanced Swordplay.
