This guide will cover how to get the Carnage Rune for Rogues in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.
To get your Carnage rune, climb a tower at Dreadmaul Hold in the northwest corner of Blasted Lands (45.4, 16.4). Climb to the top to find an Abandoned Cache, a small chest that requires 225 Lockpicking to open.
Unlock the chest to spawn a level 46 mob, Murderous Lost One. Kill it to loot the Rune of Carnage.
