How to Get the Gladiator Stance Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. You can see all of their locations in our guide below.
Original Discovery Method
To get your hands on the coveted Gladiator Stance rune, head to Tanaris and look for Fizbuz Mithril, a goblin inside the arena in Gadgetzan (51.7, 27.8). He offers the quest The Old Champ, which will start you on your way. You must be at least level 45 to pick up the quest. You will also be fighting level 50 enemies, so you may need some help if you try to do this right at level 45.
The quest will send you to The Forlorn Ridge in western Azshara. To reach it, you’ll need to look for the path that is marked with Horde banners. (Don’t worry, Alliance – you won’t encounter any hostile NPCs along this path.) Speak to Kajind in the cave at the end of the path (25.5, 64.9) to progress to the next quest, Defanged.
To complete this quest, you must kill Ceruleos, a level 50 blue dragon a little way to the east, and loot Kajind’s Blade. You can’t be grouped for this, but you can have someone help you without being in your party. When you’ve done this, head back to Kajind up the hill and he’ll send you on the next quest, Return to the Arena.
Back in Gadgetzan, speak with Fizbuz Mithril again to pick up Fight Night. Now you’ll have to fight Kajind as well as two other mobs (level 46, 48, and 50) inside the arena. Again you must not be in a group for it to count. When you have claimed your victory, return to Fizbuz Mithril to turn in this last quest and get your Rune of the Gladiator as well as the two-handed sword Blademaster’s Fury.
Does this have a cooldown when failed?
