How to Get the Unfair Advantage Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. Original Discovery Method
Enter Lost Rigger Cove, the pirate area along the eastern shore of Tanaris at (71.1, 43.4). Pick pocket the pirates until you get a Kidnapper’s Coin Purse with a Precious Medallion inside. Take this medallion to Jabbey, the General Goods vendor at Steamwheedie Port (67, 22). He’ll trade you the rune for the medallion.
