This guide will cover how to get the Wrath Rune for Paladins in Season of Discovery. We’ll go over all of the locations and requirements in the walkthrough below as well as any useful tips and tricks.

How to Get the Wrath Rune
As of Phase 6, all runes and skill books can be purchased from Rune Brokers in starting zones and major cities for 1 copper a piece. Each of these vendors is simply named “Rune Broker” and can be easily spotted by their purple glow, lurking very close to where new characters enter the game. You can see all of their locations in our guide below.
Original Discovery Method
The mob that you need to kill for this rune only seems to spawn during a few hours at night, server time – from about 9 PM to 3 AM.
Optionally, you can start at the trainers’ room in Ironforge and talk to a high elf, Magister Falath, just inside the door (27.1, 9.8). He provides a clue to get you started, but you don’t need it with this guide!
Head to Quel’Danil Lodge, the high elf camp in The Hinterlands, and kill a Vengeful Spirit, a level 45 undead (33.0, 44.2). You may need to use Sense Undead to find it. This mob has been reported to only spawn from about 9 PM to 3 AM server time.
When you’ve killed the Vengeful Spirit, go to Magister Falath in Ironforge and speak to him to receive your Rune of Wrath.
