Crafted Epics Can No Longer Stack On-Use Effects in Season of Discovery

The new Void-Touched items in Season of Discovery all come with their own unique on-use effect. In today’s tiny hotfix, they will now all share a cooldown as well as be exclusive effects, meaning you cannot stack multiple at once.
