Today is the first day of the Lunar Festival. Unfortunately it is reported by users that if you did the quests last Lunar Festival, that you are unable to do it currently. We aren’t sure if this is working as intended or a bug, however that may dampen the spirits of many.

EDIT: Blizzard has applied a hotfix to fix the Elders.
We’re working on resetting the event for player-characters who did it last year.
