With todays preview we have some more information about the Gnomeregan Raid for Phase 2 of Season of Discovery. We already knew the raid was a 10-player raid, but now we also know that it will have a total of six bosses, one of them being entirely new while the other 5 are redesigned versions of the original. As examples shown in the preview, Grubbis now has radiation vents within his tunnels, Mekgineer Thermaplugg has several alternative mech suits, and Crowd Pummeler now takes place in front of a crowd(!), taking the place of Electrocutioner 6000 on the raised platform.
Following up on the question of lockout on release, the lockout is confirmed to be on a standard 7 day reset for the first two resets, after which it will swap to the 3 day cycle of Season of Discovery. Similar to Blackfathom Deeps, there will also be a new World Buff, but the Boon of Blackfathom buff will not be available past level 39.

The highlight of these is of course the Automatic Crowd Pummeler, a resuable version of the Manual Crowd Pummeler, the best in slot item for Feral Druids for the entirety of Classic.
The preview also explains that the set items from Gnomeregan will be gained through tokens, instead of dropping random pieces. These tokens are fully generic, usable by any class, but locked to a specific slot.
