Season of Discovery Hotfixes for April 7: No More World Buffs in Battlegrounds

Blizzard has dropped a singular hotfix today for Season of Discovery ahead of the launch of Phase 8 tomorrow. The lone change makes it so that World Buffs and their associated consumables no longer work inside PvP Battlegrounds. This should make battlegrounds more competitive without players feeling like they need to have these buffs to be able to keep up.
