Season of Discovery Phase 3 – Dual Spec Vendor is Back and Located in Orgrimmar & Stormwind

There was a glitch present where players could pay the gold for a dual specialization and get stiffed by the NPC! This should now be fixed, and the NPC’s for both Horde and Alliance should be moved to a more convenient location in their respective capital cities.

The dual spec NPC has arrived at his new locations in Ironforge and Orgrimmar a bit early and is again open for business.
