Yesterday, on February 12th 2020, at 23:00 UTC, Blackwing Lair, perhaps the most popular raid in the Classic World of Warcraft, went live. No more than seven minutes afterwards, the first raid boss, Razorgore the Untamed was brought down by three different guilds!
Blizzard monitored the player names, guilds and time stamps of the impromptu race from realms regions globally. Of the three placing guilds, CN United managed to bring down the beast at 6 minutes past the hour, while Praxis and For Teh Horde came in together at just 7 minutes past.
Even more amazing is the feat of the winning guilds of defeating Nefarian and completing Blackwing Lair in under 43 minutes! Progress, Calamity layed the Black Dragon low at a timestamp of 23:42:21, at the exact same time! Not to be counted out, APES finished him off only 8 seconds later.
With less than 43 minutes elapsed, the first three guilds in the world to complete Blackwing Lair in WoW Classic were:

Congratulations to every guild that planned and executed this feat so well!
All of these guild sand participants should be congratulated for the shear efficiency of their planning and execution.
