I’ve updated the original post in this thread.
Following a great deal of feedback from players, we will open two new Fresh Start realms during maintenance on Tuesday:
Thekal (PvP) Giantstalker (Normal)
On Wednesday, 31 August, there will be a new Fresh Start realm available for character creation and play immediately after patch maintenance is complete. That realm will be:
