Regarding disappearing reagents

Hello Beta Testers,

Yesterday we deployed a hotfix to remove some erroneous test vendors that were present that sold level 80 epics. This morning we ran a script on the server to remove any items these vendors sold from testers’ inventories and in doing so, also ended up removing a few normal reagent items such as Soul Shard, Ankhs, and Symbols of Kings.

Just wanted to pop in and let you know that any reagent items you suddenly notice are missing from your inventories on your beta characters is not the result of a bug. These things happen in beta testing, but sincere apologies for any confusion!
