Welcome to our World Boss Guide for Doomwalker in the 20th Anniversary Event! This demonic mech terrorized adventurers across Hellfire Peninsula during the Burning Crusade, and now he’s found his way to the shores of Tanaris for a limited time for World of Warcraft’s Anniversary.

This World Boss is required for the achievement The Gatecrashers.

Doomwalker Location

Doomwalker patrols Southbreak Shore in Tanaris, just south of the Caverns of Time (63, 59). The best way to reach Tanaris is by heading to the portal room in your faction’s capital city and taking the portal to Caverns of Time.

Doomwalker Abilities & Strategy

This Mechanical boss from the Burning Crusade expansion has 791 million health. You can face this boss as low as level 15, since the encounter scales. As a World Boss, you will need a sizeable group to defeat this enemy.

Earthquake: A heavy channeled AoE attack that will require a lot of healing.
Overrun: He’ll target and charge a random player, dealing damage to anyone close by. Spread out to minimize risk of getting hit by this.
Lightning Wrath: This is a chain lightning effect that will jump to other nearby players – another reason to spread out.
Crush Armor: He leaves this stacking debuff on the tank, reducing their armor and making them take more damage as the fight goes on.
