Renown & Rewards

Plunderstorm is a limited-event battle royale game that you can load from the World of Warcraft character selection screen. This event offers numerous rewards for Dragonflight as well as a few for Classic WoW, and some rewards that are usable within Plunderstorm itself. These rewards are earned by gaining Renown with the Keg Leg’s Crew faction, a special reputation that is exclusive to the game and acquired by participating in Plunderstorm matches.

This guide will cover all of the Plunderstorm rewards as well as how to earn them through the Renown system.

How to Earn Renown With Keg Leg’s Crew

Since they’re pirates, the way to earn reputation with Keg Leg’s Crew is to plunder! Loot as many doubloons as you can in each game to maximize your reputation gains and make progress toward rewards.

Plunder can be earned in many different ways:

• Piles of doubloons on the ground
• Opening Golden Chests
• Defeating enemies
• Completing Captain’s Orders quests

Note that plunder only counts once you finish the match, either by being eliminated or winning the game. You’ll lose all of your progress if you leave the game before then! So if you need to leave a game, you should find an enemy to kill you or run into the storm.

To open your Renown window, click on the Keg Leg’s Crew icon on your mini map while in a Plunderstorm match. Hover over your current rank to see your progress toward the next one.

Renown Levels and Rewards

The table below lists all of the rewards that you can collect by gaining Renown with Keg Leg’s Crew.

• Dragonflight rewards are available in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.
  • Appearances can be used at the Transmogrifier.
  • Trader’s Tender can be looted from the Collector’s Cache at the Trading Post.
  • Mounts, pets, and toys can be found in your Collections.
• Plunderstorm rewards are available for use in Plunderstorm itself.
  • Speak with Da’kash Grimledger in Brew Bay to change your appearance or summon a pet.
• Classic rewards are available in World of Warcraft Classic: Wrath of the Lich King.
  • You’ll find both rewards in your Collections.
  • These rewards are not available for Classic Era, Season of Discovery, or Classic Hardcore.

One of the level 5 rewards is “A Keg-Stamped Package,” which will automatically start a quest the next time you play a level 70 character in Dragonflight. Turning in this quest will unlock Da’kash Grimledger as a vendor in World of Warcraft. You’ll also get 15 Keg-Stamped Coins to spend on his items. Here’s what he sells:

• Blackened Flightstone (1 Keg-Stamped Coin)
• Clutch of Wyrm’s Dreaming Crests (3 Keg-Stamped Coins)
• Large Satchel of Drake’s Dreaming Crests (2 Keg-Stamped Coins)
