Radiant Remnant

Radiant Remnant is an item tied to Hallowfall and has multiple uses! Radiant Remnants are the core part of the Spreading the Light event but can also be used as currency for specific items at multiple vendors.

Farming

Radiant Remnant can be acquired by killing mobs, completing quests, looting special crates and satchels, and fishing in Hallowfall.

Drops

The easiest way of acquiring the item is by killing hostile mobs that can be found in Light’s Blooming as they are guaranteed to drop Radiant Remnants. This is mainly due to the Spreading the Light event, allowing players to gather Radiant Remnants from the mobs in the area even after completing the World Quests involved in the event.

Quest Rewards

Two quests in Hallowfall reward Radiant Remnant: Eggs in One Basket and A Flickering of Hope. Compared to the standard way of acquiring Radiant Remnants from killing mobs, those quests are hardly worth the hassle. You may also gain Radiant Remnant from the Deeps Unifier and A Flickering Candle quests in The Ringing Deeps, but once again, the amount you gain from the items is hardly worth the hassle.

Vendors

Radiant Remnant may also be directly purchased in exchange for Resonance Crystals, although there is hardly any merit to doing so. You can buy them from Auralia Steelstrike, the Hallowfall Arathi Renown Quartermaster. Auralia Steelstrike can be found in Mereldar, the capital city of the Arathi in Hallowfall.

You can acquire 1 x Radiant Remnant in exchange for 325 x Resonance Crystals, making the exchange hardly worth it when considering that Radiant Remnants can be easily farmed in Light’s Blooming.

Rewards

Radiant Remnant has two general uses. The main use is that of a Key Reagent in the Spreading the Light event in Light’s Blooming, being used as the necessary element for relighting the Lesser Keyflames. The second use is that of a currency, being spent at multiple vendors throughout Light’s Blooming in Hallowfall for various items.

The NPCs can only be discovered & interacted with once the specific Lesser Keyflame at their location is lit. As mentioned previously, this is achieved by using the Radiant Remnant.
