One of the main world events available as endgame content is in the Isle of Dorn, right next to the capital city of Dornogal. The Theater Troupe Event starts every hour on the hour and lasts for a total of 10 minutes. It offers a set of solid rewards for a small time investment, and an honestly pretty fun little romp cooperating with your fellow players to put on a play!

How To Unlock the Theater Troupe Event

There are a couple of small requirements to unlock the ability to participate in the event and have it available.

• Reach level 3 Renown with the Council of Dornogal.
• Make sure it’s up by checking your map. It’s available every hour on the hour.

Where is the Theater Troupe Event

The event conveniently takes place right next to the capital city of Dornogal, within the Isle of Dorn zone.

What to Do in the Theater Troupe Event

Make sure before starting to pick up the The Theater Troupe quest from Stage Manager Huberta, which can be completed once a week and gives you the valuable Theater Troupe’s Trove reward box. This quest requires you to contribute 50 points to the Audience Approval score during the course of the event yourself.

There are two phases to the event once it begins, each taking around 5 minutes. You do not need to 100% complete every objective given to you during the event to get credit for participating, but remember to contribute at least 50 points to the Audience Approval score for the weekly quest.

1. Talk to Stage Manager Huberta and click the dialogue option saying you want to participate in the event.
2. Next, the preparation phase begins, which involves mostly solo tasks to get things ready for the show.
3. The second phase, once it begins, involves putting on the play itself by following the directions given to you. Make sure to go to the center of the stage and click the chest to put on your costume! This phase will involve a lot of cooperative objectives and potentially some combat.

You’ll notice a bar for the Audience Approval score at the top of your screen which caps out at 6000 points. Every single action you take that furthers the objectives given to you during the event will contribute Audience Approval. Everyone participating in the event contributes to this number and for every 2000 points accumulated you’ll get a higher tier of satchel after the show is done with increasing rewards.

There are 5 unique plays total as of right now that randomly rotate and will have different objectives to take part in when you’re putting on the show!

Rewards from Completing the Theater Troupe Event

Theater Troupe’s Trove

Completing the The Theater Troupe weekly quest will net you the Theater Troupe’s Trove. For reward boxes gained from weeklies and open-world events you’ll get a piece of ilvl appropriate gear from the first 2 boxes you open. The first 4 boxes will offer you a Restored Coffer Key – used for the treasure chests at the end of Bountiful Delves.

There are also a handful of notable recipes you can get from the trove:

• Pattern: Rook Feather Wristwraps – Bracer recipe for Leatherworking
• Plans: Charged Runeaxe – 1H Axe recipe for Blacksmithing
• Design: Binding of Binding – Ring recipe for Jewelcrafting
• Formula: Enchant Chest – Stormrider’s Agility – A chest enchant that adds Agility and Speed

Actor Chests

For getting 2000, 4000, and 6000 Audience Approval points you’ll receive the Amateur Actor’s Chest, Novice Actor’s Chest, and Expert Actor’s Chest respectively. This is an accumulation of everyone participating in the event’s contributions, so don’t worry about getting all 6000 yourself! Also, you get each individual chest upon hitting the threshold required – so 3 chests when you max out at 6000 points.

• Carved Harbinger Crest
• Weathered Harbinger Crest
• Valorstones
• Resonance Crystals

Achievements

As of right now there are currently two achievements associated with the Theater Troupe Event:

• We’re Here All Night – Requiring you to participate in all 5 unique plays put on in the Theater Troupe Event.
• A Star of Dorn – Requiring you to level up your Council of Dornogal renown and acquire all 4 bonuses to the Theater Troupe Event.
