Things are settling a bit on live servers. For this set of notes there are bugfixes to a couple of dungeons, including the new mega-dungeon. With the dungeon eventually going to be split into sections and make its way to the Mythic+ map pool it’s good to knock out large bugs like this now, before they become a bigger issue.
One of the new trinkets introduced with patch 10.1.5, the Paracausal Fragment, has several versions available from a vendor in Thaldraszus. The Doomhammer, Shalamayne, and Frostmourne versions of the trinket were shredding through PvP matches by amplifying burst windows. It proved to be too much, and so all 3 have been nerfed significantly in PvP only. In PvE their performance should remain the same.

Dungeons and Raids
- Dawn of the Infinite
- Fixed an issue where where players protected by Cloak of Shadows or Aspect of the Turtle could still be hit by Displacement and expelled from the Bronze Temple.
- Neltharus
- Resolved an issue that would sometimes cause Chargath to take no actions after casting Fiery Focus.
- Fixed a bug that allowed Qalashi Warden’s Volcanic Guard to sometimes change direction.
Player versus Player
- Items
- Paracausal Fragment of Doomhammer damage reduced by 60% in PvP combat.
- Paracausal Fragment of Shalamayne damage reduced by 60% in PvP combat.
- Paracausal Fragment of Frostmourne Pillar of Frost damage reduced by 70% in PvP combat.
- Death Knight
- Resolved an issue causing Festermight to not gain its full benefit when bursting Festering Wounds with Doomburst talented.
- Resolved an issue causing Death Coils from Improved Death Coil to not burst Festering Wounds on secondary targets with Doomburst talented.
Toys
- After completing the Daycare Derby achievement, players can take the toy reward from their mail and use it to add to their toy box as expected.
