There’s a big surprise in this set of hotfixes with the reversion of KSM back to a 2000+ rating. This should allow the achievement, and the mount, to be attained much more easily. Previously you’d need to time keys in the range of 16-18 for both Tyrannical and Fortified in the 8 dungeons available. This rating change should bring it down so that the average key level when timed could be in the 14-16 range. Of course how much you time the key by and other factors will alter the amount of rating you get from a key, though, so it’s not an exact science.
This reward will still be satisfying and challenging to achieve, though, and there are still other rewards available for those pushing keys further than KSM would require – such as portals leading directly to the dungeons’ entrances.
As for the M+ tuning coming in, add it to the pile! Uldaman, Neltharus, and Vortex Pinnacle are seeing nerfs this time around. With Halls of Infusion getting an adjustment to make the long walk back a bit less punishing with a movement speed buff when using a shortcut to get back.
