Add a cute new harvest golem to your companion collection! Starting on November 28, 2022 at 3pm PST players will be able to obtain a new companion pet, Ichabod, through the Support a Streamer event. This event will be active until December 12, 2022 at 11:59pm PST.
To obtain Ichabod players need to do a few simple things:
- Log into your Twitch account, if you don’t have one then you will need to create one. This can be done at https://www.twitch.tv/.
- Go to one of the following Twitch channels that are being supported during the duration of the event. This list can be found below.
- Viewers will need to purchase a total of two subscriptions from participating channels while they are live streaming World of Warcraft. Subscriptions of any tier level will work.
After viewers have purchased two subscriptions, a reward code should pop up in their user notifications inbox on Twitch. This may take up to 24 hours to happen, so don’t worry if it isn’t immediate! Once you have the reward code, you can redeem it via Blizzards website or in the app. If you are having trouble navigating the code redemption process, Blizzard breaks it down in a super simple way here.

World of Warcraft is partnering with Twitch to host Support a Streamer during the launch of Dragonflight! Twitch viewers will be rewarded for gifting subscriptions to participating streamers. Starting November 28 at 3:00 PM PST until December 12 at 11:59 PM PST, support your favorite, eligible streamers and you can receive the ghastly Ichabod harvest golem pet to join your in your adventures all over Azeroth.

How to Participate
- Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).
- Visit one of the eligible participating Twitch channels listed below.
- While the channel is live streaming World of Warcraft, purchase a cumulative of two (2) subscriptions of any tier to earn the reward.
* Please note that the campaign will begin on November 28, 2022, at 3:00 PM (PST). Any subscriptions purchased before the above start time will NOT be counted towards the campaign. Any subscriptions purchased while the channel is not live streaming World of Warcraft with the category set to “World of Warcraft” also will NOT be counting towards the campaign.
How to Redeem a Code

- Log into your Account Overview
- Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code

Q. Can I participate in the campaign if I do not own World of Warcraft?
A. Any viewer with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive a World of Warcraft item code. However, reward redemption codes can only be redeemed on Battle.net from any country that World of Warcraft is available.
Q. Which regions are participating in the Support a Streamer campaign?
A. Participating regions include North America, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Q. How can I confirm which channels are eligible for the campaign?
A. The full list of eligible participating channels and the campaign period dates are listed above. If a Twitch channel does not appear on that list, they are not eligible for the campaign. Double check that the Twitch channel you are watching is currently live, and that it is streaming World of Warcraft to the World of Warcraft category during the campaign period, and its name is listed in the campaign by viewing the list above if you wish to participate in this campaign.
Q. How do I purchase a subscription on Twitch?
A. Users must first log into Twitch, using either a PC or mobile device. Purchases may be made on either a mobile device or your PC. Detailed information on purchasing subscriptions can be found here, and information on purchasing gift subscriptions can be found here.
Q. How many subscriptions do I need to purchase? Which Tier(s) are eligible for the campaign?
A. To qualify for the reward redemption code, users must purchase (2) subscriptions of any tier, or any combination of tiers towards an eligible channel, as long as their cumulative support is two total subscriptions. The (2) subscriptions may be purchased at once, or one at a time over the course of the campaign, across multiple eligible participating channels, or done on a single eligible participating channel.
Q. I purchased (2) subscriptions prior to or during the campaign. Am I eligible for a redemption reward code?
A. No. Redemption reward codes can only be earned by purchasing (2) subscriptions to an eligible participating channel that is streaming World of Warcraft during the campaign period.
Q. What should I do if I have a problem completing subscription purchases on Twitch?
A. First, make sure that you are trying to complete a purchase in one of the eligible participating Twitch channels that appear above. Most commonly, refreshing the page, or trying a different payment method can help. For mobile purchases, please allow a moment to refresh. If you require further assistance, contact the Twitch Support team by reading common troubleshooting FAQs and common fixes here.
Q. Can I track how many eligible subscriptions I have done for the campaign?
A. While there is not a centralized location to track progress in the campaign, users may refer to their Twitch Payment History to review recent purchases of subscriptions to eligible channels. This should be used only as a reference for successful subscription purchases and does not guarantee the subscriptions qualified for the campaign.
Q. Where can I find my campaign rewards once I’ve earned them?
A. The campaign reward code will be delivered to the user’s Twitch notification inbox once they have been earned. The notification inbox can be found to the right in the top navigation bar on Twitch. The codes will remain there until the user deletes the message.
Q. What should I do if I’m having a problem receiving my code on Twitch?
A. Campaign reward code delivery can take up to 24 hours to be delivered once earned. The code will remain there until the user deletes the message after completion of a qualifying purchase. If after waiting 24 hours and verifying that your purchases were made towards an eligible streamer that was live streaming, please contact Twitch Support here while logged in.
Q. What should I do if I received my reward redemption code on Twitch, but I’m having a problem redeeming the items on Battle.net?
A. If you have successfully received your reward redemption code on Twitch and are having problems redeeming reward items in Battle.net, please contact Blizzard support here for questions or support regarding redemption of reward redemption code.
