The War Within Hotfixes for September 24: Siege of Boralus Nerfs

The War Within Hotfixes for September 24: Siege of Boralus Nerfs

If you’re less than a fan of the Siege of Boralus Mythic dungeon, you’ll be quite happy with today’s hotfixes! There are a host of nerfs included for the dungeon, including reduced health and increased cooldown times for many of the more troublesome trash mobs. Hadal Darkfathom has also had his health reduced a bit, and there are some significant changes to the Viq’Goth fight.

There are some changes to other Mythic dungeons as well, particularly Grim Batol, which has also seen some minor trash nerfs and tweaks to its final boss, Erduax, the Duke of Below.

A few classes have seen some small but meaningful buffs today, including Restoration Druids, Beast Mastery Hunters, Fire and Frost Mages, and Shadow Priests. We’ll see how these buffs affect the meta and whether they impact the Race to World First, which is now in its final stage as the three top teams have all reached Queen Ansurek, the final boss of Nerub-ar Palace.
