The War Within Hotfixes for September 30: Heavy Trunks Give More Reagents in Delves

The first round of hotfixes for the week is out, with just a few bug fixes included as well as a set of changes to Heavy Trunks, the larger treasure chests that can be found inside Delves. These chests will now drop 1-2 additional reagents in Tier 6, 7, and 8 Delves.

If you’re an Alliance Mage, you’ll also be happy to hear that the Mosswool Polymorph variant is now usable as intended.

Here you’ll find a list of hotfixes that address various issues related to World of Warcraft: The War Within, Cataclysm Classic, Season of Discovery, WoW Classic Era, and Hardcore. Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect. Please keep in mind that some issues cannot be addressed without a client-side patch update. This list will be updated as additional hotfixes are applied.

Classes

Mage
- Alliance mages can now use the Mosswool Polymorph variant, as intended.

Delves

Heavy Trunks in a Tier 6 delve now have a chance to grant 1 to 2 reagents (was 1 only).
Heavy Trunks in a Tier 7 delve now have a chance to grant 1 to 3 reagents (was 1 only).
Heavy Trunks in a Tier 8 delve and above now have a chance to grant 2 to 3 reagents (was 1 only).
Fixed an issue where fleeing Nightfall Initiates could fail to count for defeating an enemy group influenced by Zekvir.

Dungeons

The Stonevault
- The door to Master Machinists will no longer erroneously close for players before starting the fight.

Quests

Reduced the health, armor, and damage of Lord Banehollow for the quest “When Revenge Burns Green”.
