Blizzard has given a few more nerfs to various Sepulcher of the First Ones bosses, with almost all of the changes targeting their Mythic Difficulties. Halondrus is having the time it takes for a Charge Detonation to trigger tripled to 30 seconds, Charge Exposure Duration doubled to 32 seconds, Earthbreaker missile damage reduced by 20%, Eternity Engine Damage reduced by 10%, and Halondrus’s max health is reduced by 10% on Mythic difficulty.
Anduin is receiving a 15 percent health reduction to his Doubt and Despair adds in Heroic and Mythic, a 10% reduction to Befouled Barrier’s absorb in Heroic and Mythic, Monstrous Soul’s health is being reduced by 6% on Mythic, Banish Soul’s cast time is being increased to 12 seconds, and Grim Reflection’s haste bonus from Grim Fate is being reduced to 200%.
Zovaal is having his melee damage reduced by 10% on Mythic, his health by 5% percent on mythic, Martyrdom’s damage decreased by 15 percent, with Torment’s damage being lowered by 10% percent, and Boon of Azeroth’s effect is being increased by 20% on Mythic.
PvP Tuning
Today’s hotfix also brings a rather large amount of PvP changes, some of them to base class spells, and others to tier bonuses. Mage’s Blazing Barrier is being lowered by 20% in PvP, Mistweaver’s Life Cocoon is being buffed by 33% while in combat with players, Rogue 4-piece set bonus is being halved to 50 percent instead of 100 percent in PvP, and Warrior 4-piece bonus is being nerfed in the same way, with the damage of Shield Slam and Thunder Clap being increased by 50% instead of 100% while in PvP. Paladin, Priest, and Shaman are each receiving a couple changes as well.
Paladin’s conduit Pure Concentration now has half effectiveness in PvP, and for Holy Paladins, Holy Light now heals for an additional 40% when against other players, up from 20%. Flash of Light now heals for an additional 25% while in PvP, up from 15%. These heal changes don’t apply to Ret or Prot.
Holy Priest’s PvP Talent Miracle Worker now reduces the cooldown of Holy Word: Serenity by 10% instead of 20%, and their 2-piece set bonus now increases the cooldown reduction of your next spell by 10 seconds instead of 15.
Restoration Shaman’s Healing Surge is increased by 25% in PvP, up from 15%, and their Healing Wave heals for an additional 30%, up from 10%. Restoration Shaman 2-piece bonus also heals at 70% effectivenss in PvP, up from 60% effectiveness.
